Demolition and Rough-In
The old kitchen comes out and new plumbing, wiring and venting go in. Anything that needs a permit is inspected before the walls are closed.

Cabinets are set and leveled, countertops are templated from the installed boxes, then backsplash, lighting, fixtures and appliances follow.
